The delivery time is normally 2-4 working days from the order date.

Prices for delivery of one UNMUTE:

• Delivery to parcel box = DKK 35
• Home delivery = DKK 49

Delivery takes place with GLS.

We aim to ship your products within 1-2 days of placing your order.

However, delays may occur from our suppliers or shipping companies. We therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but the above is based on our experience.

*If you order before 14 on a weekday, the delivery time is calculated from the same weekday. For orders on Sundays and public holidays**, the delivery time is calculated from the next working day. However, the delivery time is slightly longer to addresses on islands without a direct bridge to the mainland.

**Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and Midsummer's Eve are considered public holidays.

Will the recipient be notified that the package is on its way?
In Checkout, you write in the text box under Contact information the e-mail that should receive order confirmation and tracking information on the delivery. This will thus be yourself; the purchaser of the product.

Delivery to post office/parcel box : When the package can be collected, the recipient of the package will receive an SMS to the number written under the Delivery address in the checkout.

Delivery to the door : The package will be delivered to the selected delivery address. If the recipient is not at home, the recipient receives an SMS with information on where the package can be collected. This will be in a GLS drop-off location nearby.

Delivery abroad
We currently deliver only to Denmark. If you want to send abroad, you unfortunately have to either order it home and send it abroad yourself, or arm yourself with patience - because we are working to make international delivery possible. When this will be possible is still uncertain. Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the page to be updated on news such as the start of international delivery on the site.

General conditions
We ship to all of Denmark. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. Your goods are sent with GLS. Goods are delivered every weekday.
